Losing someone you love changes you forever. While no piece of jewelry can take away that pain, my hope is that each keepsake brings you a little comfort and allows you to carry a piece of your loved one with you every single day.

As a fellow loss mom, I understand just how priceless these memories are. Every memorial piece is handcrafted with patience, compassion, and the utmost care because I know I’m not simply making jewelry. I’m preserving a story, a memory, and an everlasting connection.

At Alyssa Rae Design Co., each piece is created using premium materials and professional preservation methods to ensure your keepsake is beautiful, durable, and made to last for years to come. Your inclusions are handled with the same care and respect I would want for my own.

Sending Your Inclusions

Please include your first and last name along with your order number on every item you send. This helps ensure everything stays organized throughout the creation process.

Cremation Ashes

Please send approximately 2 tablespoons of ashes in a securely sealed container or double-bagged zipper bag. Small airtight containers, such as empty lip balm pots or sample containers, also work well.

Hair, Fabric, Sand, Dirt, Fur & Other Keepsakes

Place all inclusions in a sealed zipper bag or small container to keep them protected during shipping.

Fresh Flowers

I’d be honored to preserve your flowers for you, so there’s no need to dry them beforehand.

Please ship or deliver your flowers in a sturdy box or plastic container to help protect them during transit. If you’re shipping, Priority Mail is recommended to help maintain freshness. A silica packet is optional but not required.

Breast Milk

Please send 2 ounces per item ordered.

Fresh, frozen, thawed, or previously stored breast milk can all be used.

If you only have about 1 ounce, that’s completely okay. I can still create your keepsake by carefully adjusting the preservation process.

Please:

• Double bag your milk to prevent leaks.
• Clearly label the bag with your name and order number.
• Place the bag inside a bubble mailer or small box for shipping.

Once your package arrives, I’ll notify you that everything has been safely received and begin the preservation process.

Shipping or Local Drop-Off

Please mail or arrange a local drop-off for your inclusions.

Jewelry Care

All memorial jewelry is crafted with 925 Sterling Silver with your choice of finish, including gold-plated options on select styles.

To help your keepsake stay beautiful for years to come:

• Avoid perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and harsh chemicals.
• Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
• Store in a dry place when not being worn.
• Clean gently using warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth.
